Suzanne Doyle-Ingram, President of Prominence Publishing, confirmed they have officially launched a California-wide search for Mortgage Professionals, to be featured in the upcoming book, “The Mortgage Maze: Navigating Your Way Through Real Estate Financing in Today’s Economy.”
Explaining the search process, Doyle-Ingram said, “This is an important book for us, so we’ll be reaching out to a select group of mortgage professionals that we feel are true educators and advocates for the success of home buyers in California, while at the same time committing to spread the word about a great organization like Project Hope Alliance.”
Prominence Publishing has pledged 100% of the royalties from the retail sales of the book to be donated to Project Hope Alliance, which is working to end homelessness for children in Orange County.
Scheduled for a summer 2016 release, “The Mortgage Maze” will spotlight each of the mortgage professionals selected from this search, sharing their insights and real world experience.
Doyle-Ingram said, “This book isn’t just about mortgages. The professionals we select are passionate about helping home buyers. They will answer the most common questions and bust the myths and misconceptions so many people have about mortgages. ‘The Mortgage Maze’ will cover how to get the best rates, how to determine how much you can afford, how to apply for a mortgage, understanding rates, what to do before you apply, reverse mortgages, mortgages for Millennials, and a lot more information that is rarely talked about.”
With several industry leaders expressing interest in participating, Prominence Publishing is expected to make an announcement revealing the final selections by May 6, 2016.
However, Doyle-Ingram asserted, “One of the reasons we launched this search is because we didn’t want to go the route of filling this book with the stereotypical ‘Experts.’ This search would be unnecessary if that was the case.
“We anticipate a lot of exposure around this project, for both Project Hope Alliance and the people we select to feature in the book, so we really want to showcase those mortgage professionals who are actually in the trenches, working hard every day and willing to share that experience to benefit a great cause and the success of home buyers. That’s what will make this a win-win project.”
