The sauce will come in 2 varieties- Ceviche Sauce Original and Ceviche Sauce Superhot. It is the brainchild of B88 Corporation, the company founded by 8 alumni of Xavier University College of Agriculture in support of Fr. William Masterson Scholarship Fund.

At present, Ceviche doesn’t have its presence in American supermarkets & grocery stores. Instead, it’s mostly made by blending various ingredients for a marinade and the process consumes a great deal of time which is certainly challenging in fast-paced America.
