#GiveMeFaith: The New Single From Jesse Morgan ft. Israel Houghton Available Now

The Ghanaian-born, LA-based songwriter is back with another soulful track that has been greatly inspired by his own search for faith. A collaboration with Israel Houghton, “Give Me Faith” sings about trusting the Lord with life’s struggles and having faith to know that through Him, all things are possible.

“There was a time in my life where I felt nothing was working for me,” Jesse explains of the song’s inspiration. “Right after I got married to my wife I lost my job and life was very difficult for us. [But] God came through for us, [and] he really heard my prayers.”

Jesse has developed a musical style that morphs the likes of Andraé Crouch, Kirk Franklin and Mali Music yet stands alone as its own entity by providing non-compromising lyrics that will uplift your spirit, along with refreshing melodies and harmonies, on top of musical arrangements that are sure to please. Most importantly, his unique blend of intimate worship, along with the added element of high energy.

The track was written by Christopher Joel Brown, London Weidberg Gatch, Mack Donald Lii Brock, and Wade Joye. The song was produced by Josiah Andrew Morgan (JMorg), Jesse’s younger brother in Ghana West Africa who currently lives in Southfield Michigan. Jesse Morgan. Singer, songwriter, composer and arranger, has been anchored as a believer in Jesus Christ since childhood. The third of seven children, Morgan was born Jesse Rufus Boateng Morgan in Kumasi, the second largest city in Ghana, West Africa. He grew up singing in his church’s local choir at Assemblies of God (Madina Central), He later formed a Gospel Group called “The Heaven Blasters”, singing Lead and also the Choir Director for “The Gospel Light International Church Ghana”. Jesse later moved to London where he performed at numerous locations, including churches where he also directed various choirs before moving out to California.

Jesse uses his musical talents as a mission to give his audience a sense of purpose, love and hope for a better future through Christ. Jesse now calls Los Angeles, California home, where he lives with his wife Rebecca, and son Daniel.
