Tom spent more than a decade with such Fortune 500 companies such as Arvin Meritor and Honeywell Aerospace, where he developed his impressive managerial and leadership skills.

Peak Realty Solutions, the company Tom founded in 2011, reached sales of over $2 Million in just 3 short years. Peak focuses exclusively on low-risk/high-profit passive income opportunities such as tax-delinquent houses, multifamily real estate and vacant land. 

Tom Brain is also the owner of TOMAR Enterprises, which invests in natural gas wells and has an 8-year record of reaching average annual sales of over $360,000 per year in passive income.
