Helmes commented on why he thinks so many people struggle finding the skin care line that works for them by stating, “I think they are misinformed. I think sometimes people try to sell them things just to make a sale. I think if you educate the consumer on what they need and why they need it, it gives them a better opportunity to find a better product.”
